Q: How long is your lead time?

Q: What’s the shipping way?
3-5 days by express to your doorstep(USA can not ship express)
4-6 days by air to your nearest airport. Need the buyer to do customs clearance and pick up parcels from the airport.
8-13days by air to door, including custom clearance, and import tax paid.
20-30 days by sea to your nearest seaport.

We offer OEM service with logo printing,Package customize.
ODM also welcome by the your produce request and design.

1, For brand products, we accept any quantity orders, sample order also welcome.
2, For OEM orders, MOQ 500pcs one flavor.
3, For ODM orders, MOQ 20kpcs for the whole order, 2000pcs each flavor.

Q: What’s the warranty for the purchased items?
All our product warranty are 6 months.

Q:What’s your service for the defectives?
For small rates,just tell us the quantity,we will send you replacements.
If the rate is over 2% and the problem is serious,just send back the defecive ones with shipping cost on us,We will send you free replacements immediately after confirming it.
